Soul & Salsa Film TV Magazine is seeking motivated, outgoing and well-connected Advertising Sales Representatives to join our growing media brand.
Soul & Salsa is a multicultural entertainment and lifestyle publication covering Film, Television, Art, Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment, Sports, Philanthropy, Education, Travel and Culture.
We are looking for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and connecting businesses, entrepreneurs, corporations, entertainment professionals and brands with advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Sell print and digital advertising for Soul & Salsa Film TV Magazine
• Develop relationships with businesses, brands and corporate advertisers
• Secure Beauty, Fashion and special feature sponsorships
• Identify and develop new advertising leads
• Follow up with prospective and existing advertisers
• Build your own client portfolio and maintain advertiser relationships
• Represent Soul & Salsa professionally at networking events and industry functions
• Help introduce brands to our multicultural audience
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for self-motivated independent sales professionals who are comfortable working on commission and creating their own opportunities.
Previous experience in advertising, media, sponsorship sales, entertainment, hospitality, fashion, beauty, real estate, events or business-to-business sales is a plus.
Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills are important
