Life of a Makeup Artist- Meet Nakeah Cosmetics of Hollywood, Elaine Collins
I became a licensed barber stylist in 2000 and in 2004 I ventured into makeup. My inspiration was friends, family, and from attending Beauty shows such as Bonner Bros in Atlanta, GA. I have encountered several organizations in the beauty industry but I can definitely say attending hair shows and enrolling in classes gave me knowledge of the industry. My brushes have graced the faces of WNBA champions Fran Harris and Yolanda Moore, R & B artists Cherelle and Nicci Gilbert from Brownstone and many more. I definitely can say my art form is shaping the perfect eyebrows. I am working for Nakeah Cosmetics of Hollywood and an Educator for All About Face Academy by Nakeah. After using the makeup line and meeting the CEO Nakeah Fuller I was super excited about her brand and the fact that her academy has trained and Certified MUA all over the world.
To be successful in this business a student must listen, be visual and be able to take direction in whatever makeup field they decide to be a part of. My future goals are to keep educating and to work more TV and film projects. If you’re a makeup artist but want to be certified please visit www.allaboutfaceacademy.com and enroll with us today.

A very popular beauty trend is clean beauty with a matted red lip and fabulous Lashes.
To achieve a 5 min Glam Look you need Nakeah Cosmetics cream to powder foundation, a lipstick/lip gloss and the perfect blush for the woman on the go.
