  American Music Awards (AMAS)

  AMAS TO AIR LIVE ON ABC, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24th FROM 8:00 – 11:00 PM ET/PT

  Global music powerhouses Kelly Clarkson and will.i.am will announce the 2013 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS® nominations in 5 categories LIVE on-air from ABC’s Good Morning America on Thursday, October 10, 2013, during the 8:30 AM ET hour. This marks the first time that the nominations will be announced LIVE from New York City. Immediately following GMA, Clarkson and will.i.am will reveal the nominations in all categories at a press conference at B.B. King’s Blues Club & Grill in New York.

  2013 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS® nominations will be presented in the genres of Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Adult Contemporary, Contemporary Inspirational, Latin and EDM as well as in categories for New Artist of the Year and Artist of the Year.

  THE AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS® ceremony, produced by Dick Clark Productions, will broadcast LIVE from L.A. LIVE’s Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24TH (8:00 – 11:00 p.m. ET/PT) on ABC.
